There is a controversy regarding the correctness and leading stack overflows generated by ChatGPT. Although ChatGPT earned major attention from global media and publications, the language model has its shortcomings and critiques.
There remains a lack of transparency in responses and limited scope for resolving conflicts in different areas. Thus, the future of ChatGPI is unpredictable until OpenAI handles the potential issues of racism, incorrect information, limited reference and original source tracking.
